This website publishes educational articles and guides about microsites and websites: building, managing, migrating and modernizing them, and making them easy for search engines and AI search tools to read. You cannot buy anything or open an account on this website. By using this website you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use it.

MicrositeOnline is operated by 1000x Digital LLC, a Michigan limited liability company that also does business as Microsite Generator and as Lead Generation Consulting ("1000x Digital", "we", "us", "our"). 1000x Digital LLC is the one legal entity responsible for all of our websites and for our two software platforms, Microsite Generator and Website Builder Studio. 2. Using this website
You may read this website, share links to it and contact us through it. Please do not:

5. Our own product, Microsite Generator
This website is published by the same company that makes Microsite Generator, and it links to micrositegenerator.com. When this website mentions or links to Microsite Generator, it is mentioning our own product, in which we have a commercial interest. Microsite Generator plans, prices and free trials are offered only on micrositegenerator.com and are governed by Microsite Generator's own Terms of Service at https://app.micrositegenerator.com/terms. What the product does, what it costs and what it promises are set out there, and those govern.
6. Contacting us
If you send us a message through our contact form, we use what you send to read and answer it, as our Privacy Policy at www.micrositeonline.com/privacy explains. Please do not send health information, government identification numbers, financial account numbers or other sensitive information through the form. Sending a message does not create any agreement between us. If we ever agree to do work for you, the work, the price and the terms will be set out in a separate written agreement that both of us accept, and that agreement will govern the work.

- our total liability for all claims arising out of or relating to this website or these terms is limited to one hundred US dollars (US$100).
This section does not limit liability that cannot be limited by law, including liability for our own fraud or willful misconduct. It does not change the liability terms of any separate agreement you have with us, including Microsite Generator's Terms of Service.
13. No personal liability
These terms are made with 1000x Digital LLC only. Its members, managers, officers, employees and agents are not parties to these terms and have no personal liability under them. To the extent the law allows, you will bring any claim arising out of or relating to this website or these terms only against 1000x Digital LLC, and not against any of those people. Sections 11 and 12 protect those people in the same way they protect 1000x Digital LLC, and amounts payable by 1000x Digital LLC and by them together count toward the one limit in section 12. Nothing in this section limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
14. Your responsibility
If someone else brings a claim against us because you used this website in breach of these terms or of the law, you will be responsible for the reasonable costs and losses that claim causes us, to the extent the law allows.
15. Governing law and courts
These terms, and any dispute arising out of or relating to them or to this website, are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any such dispute will be resolved only in the state or federal courts located in Wayne County, Michigan, and you and we each consent to their jurisdiction. Either of us may instead bring an individual claim in a small claims court, if the claim qualifies.
16. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. We will post the new version on this page with a new version number and "Last updated" date, and keep the earlier version, as our company Legal page at https://1000xdigital.com/legal describes. A change applies from the date it is posted and does not apply to a dispute that arose before that date.
17. General
If any part of these terms cannot be enforced, the rest remains in effect. If we do not enforce a part of these terms, we have not given up our right to enforce it later. These terms, including the Disclaimer, together with our Privacy Policy, are the whole agreement between you and us about this website. They do not change any agreement you have with us for one of our products.
