MicrositeOnline Privacy Policy

MicrositeOnline is an educational website operated by 1000x Digital LLC.

Effective date November 4, 2026. Last updated November 4, 2026.

This Privacy Policy explains what personal information we collect through www.micrositeonline.com (this "website"), why we collect it, where it goes, how long we keep it, and the choices and rights you have. We have written it to describe what this website actually does.

1. Who we are

This website is operated by 1000x Digital LLC, a Michigan limited liability company ("1000x Digital", "we", "us", "our"). 1000x Digital LLC is the one legal entity responsible for all of our websites and for our two software platforms, Microsite Generator and Website Builder Studio. It decides how and why personal information collected through this website is used, so it is responsible for that information (in the language of privacy law, it is the "controller" or "business").

This website is built and hosted on Microsite Generator, a website platform that 1000x Digital LLC also owns and operates. Information sent through this website is stored in our own account on that platform. Microsite Generator has its own Privacy Policy for its customers and their visitors; for this website, this policy is the one that applies.

You can reach us about privacy by email at hello@micrositegenerator.com (please put "Privacy request" in the subject line) or by mail at 1000x Digital LLC, P.O. Box 700012, Plymouth, MI 48170-9998.

2. The short version

3. Information we collect

THE CONTACT FORM. The form on our home page asks for your name, your email address, your phone number (optional) and your message. We receive what you type, together with the date and time it arrived and which page of this website it was sent from. Please do not include medical, health or other sensitive personal details, government identification numbers or financial account numbers in your message.

SPAM PROTECTION. The form is protected by Cloudflare Turnstile, a bot check. The check's frame loads with the form; when you start typing, the check runs in your browser and Cloudflare evaluates technical signals from your browser and device to tell people from automated programs. When you send the form, your IP address is used, with the result of that check, to block spam and to limit how many messages can be sent from one connection in a short time. Records that include your IP address for these checks are kept for no more than 24 hours, and your IP address is not stored with your message.

TECHNICAL INFORMATION. Like every website, this website receives technical information when you visit, such as your IP address, browser type, the page you asked for and the time. Our hosting provider uses this to deliver the pages and to keep the website secure. We count page views as totals, without your IP address and without a record of who you are.

EMAILS. If you write to us by email, or reply to an email we sent you, we receive your email address, your message and anything you attach.

We do not buy personal information, and we do not knowingly collect sensitive personal information through this website.

4. How we use information

We use the information described above to:

When a message arrives, the platform also gives it an automatic label based only on which fields were filled in (for example, whether a phone number was included). We use that label only to sort our messages. It has no effect on you, and we do not make decisions about you based solely on automated processing.

We do not use your message to send you marketing, and we do not use it to train artificial intelligence models.

5. Who we disclose information to

OUR PLATFORM AND ITS SERVICE PROVIDERS. Your message is stored in our own account on Microsite Generator, which runs on Cloudflare (hosting, database and bot protection). We are notified of each new message by email, and the confirmation email you receive is sent through Resend, an email delivery service. If we connect another tool of our own to receive messages, such as a customer-relationship management system or a team chat, your message is also sent there for the same purposes.

AI ASSISTANCE. Microsite Generator includes an AI assistant. If we use it to help us read or answer messages, the relevant message details are sent to the AI provider that powers it, only to produce that answer. Our agreements with our AI providers do not permit them to train their models on the data we send them.

GOOGLE FONTS. The pages of this website load their typeface from Google Fonts. Your browser therefore connects to Google's servers, which receive your IP address and browser information under Google's own privacy policy.

GOOGLE MAPS. Our home page shows a map only if you click "View map". The map is then loaded from Google, which receives your IP address and browser information and may set its own cookies under Google's own privacy policy. If you do not click, no map is loaded.

LEGAL REASONS. We may disclose information if the law, a court order or a valid legal process requires it, or where it is reasonably necessary to protect this website, our users, the public or our rights.

BUSINESS TRANSFER. If our business, or part of it, is sold, merged or reorganized, information may pass to the new owner, who must continue to handle it as this policy describes.

WE DO NOT SELL personal information, and we do not SHARE it for cross-context behavioral advertising, as those terms are defined in US state privacy laws. We have not done so in the past 12 months. We do not disclose personal information to third parties for their own direct marketing purposes.

6. Cookies and similar technologies

This website sets no cookies of its own and runs no analytics, advertising or retargeting tools. If this website shows you a short privacy notice and you dismiss it, your browser remembers that choice in its own local storage, not in a cookie, and we cannot read it. The other companies named in section 5 (Cloudflare for the spam check, and Google for fonts and, if you click it, the map) receive information directly from your browser under their own privacy policies.

This website does not display advertising today. If that changes, we will update this policy before it does.

7. How long we keep information

CONTACT-FORM MESSAGES are kept in our platform account and in our email. We do not delete them on a fixed schedule: we keep them for as long as we need them to answer you and to keep a record of our correspondence. You can ask us to delete your message at any time (section 9).

BACKUPS. Our platform keeps protected backup copies, used only to recover the service after a failure. A deleted message can remain in a backup copy made before it was deleted; it stays protected and is not put back into use.

SECURITY RECORDS. IP addresses used for spam and rate-limit checks are kept for no more than 24 hours. Request logs kept by our hosting provider expire on their own after a limited period.

EMAIL CHOICE RECORDS. If you opt out of our emails, we keep a coded value made from your email address and the time, so that we honor your choice.

We may keep information longer where the law, a court order or a legal hold requires it.

8. How we protect information

We use administrative, technical and physical measures designed to protect personal information. This website is served only over an encrypted connection, and information is stored with our hosting provider, which encrypts it at rest. Access to messages is limited to the people at 1000x Digital who need it to answer them or to run this website. No website can promise perfect security. If a security incident affects your personal information, we will notify you as the law requires.

9. Your choices and your rights

You can choose not to use the contact form, or to leave out the optional phone number.

Depending on where you live, the law may give you the right to: know what personal information we hold about you and how we use and disclose it; get a copy of it in a portable form; correct it; delete it; opt out of its sale, of sharing for cross-context behavioral advertising, of targeted advertising and of profiling with significant effects (we do none of these); and appeal if we decline your request. We will honor these requests from any person, whatever state they live in, to the extent we can under the law.

HOW TO MAKE A REQUEST. Email hello@micrositegenerator.com with "Privacy request" in the subject line, or write to 1000x Digital LLC, P.O. Box 700012, Plymouth, MI 48170-9998. Tell us what you are asking for and how we can reach you.

VERIFICATION. To protect you, we verify a request before we act on it, normally by confirming it from the email address you used to contact us. We ask only for what we need to verify you, and we use it only for that. You may use an authorized agent; we may ask the agent for your signed permission and ask you to confirm your identity directly.

OUR TIMETABLE. We confirm receipt within 10 business days and respond within 45 days of receiving your request. If we need more time, we may extend that once by up to 45 more days, and we will tell you why within the first 45 days.

APPEALS. If we decline your request, in whole or in part, we will tell you why and how to appeal. To appeal, reply to our decision or email us with "Privacy appeal" in the subject line. We will respond within 60 days. If you are not satisfied, you may contact your state attorney general.

NO DISCRIMINATION. We will not treat you differently because you exercised a privacy right.

10. Additional information for US state privacy laws

Whether a given state privacy law applies to us depends on its own thresholds. Wherever you live, we provide the rights in section 9 and the information below, which covers the past 12 months.

Categories of personal information we collect through this website, where they come from and who receives them for a business purpose:

We do not collect precise geolocation, biometric information or sensitive personal information through this website, and we do not draw inferences to build a profile about you. We use each category for the purposes in section 4 and keep it as section 7 describes. We do not sell or share personal information, and we did not do so in the past 12 months.

11. Global Privacy Control and Do Not Track

GLOBAL PRIVACY CONTROL (GPC). If your browser sends a GPC signal, we treat it as a request to opt out of the sale and sharing of your personal information. Because this website neither sells nor shares personal information and runs no optional tracking, there is nothing further for it to switch off.

DO NOT TRACK. Because there is no common standard for responding to "Do Not Track" signals, this website does not change its behavior when it receives one. It does not track visitors across other websites.

12. Children

This website is for adults and businesses. It is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we learn that we have, we will delete it. If you believe a child has sent us personal information, contact us at the address in section 1.

13. Visitors from outside the United States

This website can be visited from anywhere. We operate from the United States, and our service providers may process information in the United States and in other countries where they operate, where privacy laws may differ from those where you live. If you are in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom or Switzerland, we process the information you send through the form to answer your request (taking steps at your request) and for our legitimate interests in running and securing this website and preventing abuse. You may ask for access to, correction of, erasure of, restriction of or a portable copy of your information, and you may object to our processing; use the contact details in section 1. You may also complain to your local data protection authority.

14. Links to other websites

This website links to other websites, including micrositegenerator.com, the website of Microsite Generator, our own product. Those websites have their own privacy policies, which apply when you visit them. This policy covers only this website.

15. Changes to this policy

We will post any change on this page with a new "Last updated" date, and keep the earlier version. If we make a material change, we will post a notice on this website at least 30 days before it takes effect, and, where the law requires your consent to a change, we will ask for it.

16. Contact us

1000x Digital LLC, P.O. Box 700012, Plymouth, MI 48170-9998. Email: hello@micrositegenerator.com. If you are unhappy with how we handled a privacy request, tell us, and a person will look at it again.
